DAVID MCINTYRE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Today, David is an active Investor in private enterprises and has created JAME Capital to build a privately-owned portfolio of companies. Prior to 2013, he took over a small family owned manufacturing business and grew it into one of North America’s leading Aerostructure Companies, achieving 20 consecutive years of growth. David began his career as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (Toronto) obtaining an excellent financial foundation to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. David’s significant experience in finance and investment management coupled with his passion for sustainable transformation are fundamental to the long-term strategy of our businesses.

JILL FOLEY

VICE-PRESIDENT

Over the last decade Jill has held various positions, including Human Resources Generalist, Continuous Improvement Manager, and most recently was Plant Manager-Manufacturing. With a strong focus on process optimization Jill has led her teams by demonstrating the importance of nurturing a culture focused on performance excellence, and execution. Jill, like David has a strong passion and desire to deliver transformation and intellectual capital growth while cultivating the competitive edge of a company.

TYLER ZIEGLER

Director of Corporate Development

Tyler brings a background in mechanical systems engineering and automation design to his role as Director of Corporate Development. As a P.Eng, he has applied his technical expertise and strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Tyler has played a pivotal role in transforming JAME Capital’s first portfolio company, Ergo Advantage, by developing systems, processes, and financial structures that accelerate innovation and scalability. His focus on engineering-driven solutions and long-term value creation reflects his commitment to building competitive, future-ready businesses.
